Shipping policy
Delivery of orders
We deliver to Slovakia and the Czech Republic through Packeta Slovakia s. r. o. (Zásielkovňa) to pick-up points and Z-BOXes, or by courier to the buyer's address. In the Czech Republic parcels are delivered by the Zásilkovna network of the Packeta group.
You choose the pick-up point or Z-BOX after completing your order, on the order confirmation page or later through the link in the confirmation e-mail.
Timeframes
- Dispatch: goods are dispatched within 5 working days of the contract being concluded.
- Delivery: usually 1 – 3 working days from dispatch within Slovakia and 2 – 4 working days to the Czech Republic.
- If the goods cannot be dispatched within that period, we will let you know without delay and either agree a new date or refund the amount paid.

The prices are the same for Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Orders from 79 € ship free with either delivery method. The threshold is measured on the value of the goods after discounts, excluding the delivery charge. The total including delivery is shown in the cart before you place the order.
Receiving the parcel
The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are received. We recommend checking that the parcel is intact on receipt; report obvious damage to the packaging directly to the carrier and let us know at info@theliberty.store.
